[Range Overview] RS Glass Fibre Bag Filters RS glass fibre bag / pocket filters are available in three efficiency ranges (F6, F7 and F8). These filters utilise media that consists of a blend of coarse and fine glass fibres. This fibre blend is woven to provide a low initial air resistance and high cleaning performance. The coarse fibres arrest larger, heavier particles and the fine fibres remove smaller particles in the air stream. This all results in a bag filter with a high efficiency classification. The media is covered by a thin layer of scrim which serves to increase filter strength and efficiency. The glass fibre filter media is very strong. It is able to withstand turbulent airflow and also repeated fan shutdown. These RS glass fibre bag/pocket filters exhibit excellent dust holding capacity and have a long service life. They are ideal for satisfying the clean air requirements of manufacturing facilities and plants, public buildings, offices and hospitals. RS glass fibre bag / pocket filters are tested in accordance with EN779:2002. The recommended final resistance if 450 Pa is for classification purpose. Temperature limit, continuous 70ºC.
